1) Working out and sweating... it makes me feel like I am sweating away stress and depression from work. The beads of sweat dripping from my forehead and back, somewhat gives me comfort and bliss *must be the endorphins after a long
2) Satisfaction... you know that you are doing yourself and your body a healthy favor when you sweat all your body toxic out and give yourself a healthier physique.
3) The Morning After... after gym that is. When you wake up and feel the tinge in muscles that you had worked on the evening before, you know that your work out was right. Your whole body feels stretched and somewhat awake. It feels great~
4) The Physical Changes... When your flabs disappear and your fats turn to muscles, that's where you know your hard work paid off.

i feel inspired...i havent tried your advice yet. Havent stepped into the gym since before CNY...ARGH...i feel (and know) i'm fat!!
